Chuma Nyambe Maluma hails from Lusaka, Zambia. She is passionate about serving hard to reach areas and ensuring they receive accurate and quality medical care. Prior to joining GHC, Chuma worked as a District HIV/AIDS Coordination Advisor in a rural district under National AIDS Council. Despite having irregular funding, Chuma ensured that even the furthest and hardest to reach areas of the district received HIV/AIDS services through serious local resource mobilization and extreme resource maximization for expected results. Chuma holds a Bachelor of Arts in social work from the University of Zambia. In her free time, she enjoys knitting and crocheting as well as reading novels and African poetry.
