Claire Jensen grew up in San Francisco, California and Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Prior to joining GHC, she worked as a Policy Analyst at Long-Term Quality Alliance in Washington, D.C., where she supported research projects on services and supports for people with chronic health conditions. In her work as a Research Assistant at Social Intervention Group, a research center at Columbia University, Claire coordinated advisory board meetings with community members and other stakeholders for two research projects related to HIV risk reduction among justice-involved populations in New York City. Claire has a master’s degree in social work with a concentration in policy from Columbia University School of Social Work, and a bachelor’s degree in East Asian studies from Bryn Mawr College. She lived in China after college.
