Hailing from Kigali, Rwanda, Delphine is passionate about improving health and well-being by promoting data-driven policy making. Prior to joining GHC, Delphine was a Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant with Inkomoko Business Development and a Data Collector for Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute. Both positions, in addition to her work with the Ministry of Health, revolved around data collection to improve the quality of life for refugees, expand access to reproductive health services, and bolster community health. In her free time, Delphine enjoys cooking and playing sports with her friends.
