Proudly hailing from Blantyre, Malawi, Dr. Atusaye Mughogho-Tesiwa serves as the District Coordinator for the Baylor Foundation Malawi, where she actively engages in improving community health. Her role involves overseeing program execution, providing mentorship, and supervising her team to ensure they meet program objectives. By analyzing daily and monthly reports, she has contributed to the creative design and implementation of targeted Community Outreach Initiatives (COIs), resulting in positive outcomes and sustainable growth. Her mentorship has fostered a collaborative environment, empowering her team to achieve program benchmarks with high standards. As a GHC fellow, Atusaye aspires to deepen her understanding of effective leadership while refining her strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
