Edith Namukonda hails from Ndola, Zambia. She is passionate about helping others and loves to use her expertise in research to promote health equity. Edith has served in various youth movements, including YALI Zambia. She was a coordinator for the Youth Network for Peace, and she successfully led the team in a peaceful march in 2016. She also served as the VP of her university's postgraduate student association. In that role, she carefully managed a multitude of sensitive situations. She was recommended to work as a National Consultant for ICF international in 2016, which greatly allowed her to sharpen her research skills. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music and reading inspirational books. She received a Master of Arts from the University of Zambia.
