Hailing from Rwanda, Emma Twagirumukiza is passionate about strengthening the use of information and communications technology to promote health equity and deliver value-added solutions to communities. Prior to GHC, Emma worked as the IT Officer at Baho International Hospital. He has helped implement management systems and websites for various clinics, hotels, coffeeshops, and NGOs. Emma was also an IT Support Intern at the Rwanda Development Board. His favorite free time activities include swimming and socializing with friends.
