Health equity is the first step towards a more inclusive and fair society. Health is a critical aspect of human life, as it defines our capabilities and opportunities: guaranteeing access to care will reduce social and economic disparities in our society.
Enrica Zambella was born in Melfi, Italy. After a Bachelor in Political Science at LUISS University, Enrica obtained her master’s through a double degree program in economics and management of public administration at Bocconi University and international public management at Sciences Po Paris. During her graduate program, Enrica focused on global health and interned with the Permanent Mission of Italy in Geneva, where she supported the Health and Social Policy Unit. She worked as an analyst at Voluntas Advisory, a purpose-driven Danish consulting firm. Prior to joining GHC, Enrica was a Consultant at United Nations Relief Works Agency in Amman, where she worked on improving the procurement and distribution of drugs and medications to Palestinian refugees. Enrica also volunteered with UNITALSI, an organization supporting people with disabilities.
