Title: Fundraising and Development Officer
I am motivated by the words of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr: "Life's most persistent and urgent question is, 'What are you doing for others?" I believe every day is an opportunity to answer that question by serving those in our global community.

Erin Keating is from Chicago, Illinois. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, where she majored in African Language and Literature, and International Studies with a minor in African Studies. While in school, Erin participated in an abroad program split between Trinity College Dublin in Dublin, Ireland and Queen’s University in Belfast, Northern Ireland; and another program at the University of Ghana- Legon, where Erin volunteered at a local development agency, assisting with initiatives in the migrant slums. During her time at UW Madison, Erin also participated in various service projects working with vulnerable populations in New Orleans, Rwanda and Nicaragua and served as a Director and Executive Board Member for an organization dedicated to supporting children and families affected by HIV/AIDS. Erin spent the last two years in San Diego, California working in the Development Department of Invisible Children, an organization dedicated to ending the use of child soldiers and permanently dismantling the LRA, now active throughout Central Africa. At Invisible Children, Erin has been involved with everything from corporate partnerships to fundraising to stewardship, and also assisted with donor relations during the height of the Kony 2012 campaign. When Erin isn't cheering on the Wisconsin Badgers, she can be found running, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, or generally just enjoying the California sun.
