Ethan Penha is currently an Associate in Health Sector Strategy for Partners In Health, where he lends his background in STEM to public health policy and strategy. Previously, Ethan worked as a Program Associate at Business Outreach Center Network, where he led logistics management for the COVID-19 program in support of small businesses in New York City’s metropolitan area. Ethan is a graduate of New York University’s School of Engineering.
