A native of Malawi, Evelyn Sumani started her career as a banker before transitioning to civil service as an education officer working on health and socioeconomic issues. In this role, she secured funding for a nationwide sensitization campaign on Electronic Payments. Evelyn studied journalism at Malawi Polytechnic. She enjoys hiking, road trips, and reading. Most importantly, she loves helping those in need and giving motivation talks to encourage girls to stay in school.
