Health equity is the principle of ensuring that every individual has an equal opportunity to achieve their highest level of health and well-being, regardless of their social, economic, or demographic circumstances.
Originally from Kampala, Uganda, Faith Chebet is a staunch advocate for transforming lives through the development of equitable health principles. Prior to joining GHC, she implemented successful feeding programs, contributed to initiatives to create access to healthcare, and engaged in mentorship programs in conjunction with community organizations such as Care Group. In her free time, Faith likes to listen to music and seek out the world’s beauty through her travels.
