Health equity is the equal right to obtain health services despite one's gender, social background, race or culture. Health equity helps in promoting good relations, openess in health issues and maximized participation on health related topics.
Born in Liwonde, Malawi and raised in Thyolo, Malawi, Faith Namame is a hardworking technology professional who has worked to ensure that Malawi’s health systems are up-to-date and advanced. Prior to joining GHC, Faith worked with Daeyang Luke Hospital to promote health systems and engage in the implementation of a hospital management system. Additionally, Faith volunteered at Malawi’s Parliament where she had her hand in the configuration of a successful Cisco distribution switch. Faith enjoys reading books about Christianity and spending time with her friends as well as making new friends.
