Farrukh Ishaque Saah calls Abura, Ghana home and it’s where he has served as a champion for community empowerment and health equity through research opportunities, program development, and advocacy. Prior to joining GHC, Farrukh served as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Brac University’s School of Public Health. Additionally, Farrukh had the opportunity to serve as a Public Health Disease Control Officer with the North Dayi District Health Directorate and as a Public Health Officer with Nkwa Foundation Ghana. These opportunities enabled him to develop extensive training programs, improve existing programs for reproductive health, and perform service delivery in a variety of programs. In his free time, Farrukh enjoys flipping through the pages of a book and watching movies.
