Hanif hails from the Phalombe District of Malawi. He is a Data Analyst who loves finding new ways to understand the realities of development through evaluation research focused on social justice. Prior to joining GHC, Hanif worked as a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Field Coordinator at Mary’s Meals Malawi. Additionally, he worked as a Founder and Team Leader at Careerplus Training and Consultancy, where he spearheaded capacity building for over 2,000 students and was awarded the Young African Leadership Fellowship at the University of South Africa. In his free time, Hanif enjoys reaching books and going for jogs.
