Hannah Lieberman was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts. She is passionate about supporting community-based workforces including community health workers and peer specialists. Prior to GHC, Hannah worked at the Massachusetts Health Policy Commission (HPC), where she conducted program evaluations of HPC-funded grants, such as tele-medicine pilots designed to increase behavioral healthcare access and hospital-based initiatives aimed at improving care for opioid-exposed newborns and their families. Hannah has been involved with Partners In Health Engage since 2014 when she co-founded a chapter on her university campus. She studied Community Health and Child Development at Tufts University and received her Master of Public Health from Tufts University School of Medicine. Hannah loves to experiment with new recipes, cook for her friends, and watch documentaries and crime shows.
