Holly Louise Irasubiza is from Kigali, Rwanda. She attended Bugema University in Uganda where she pursued both her bachelor’s and master's degree in business administration with an emphasis in accounting and finance. While studying for her bachelor’s degree, Holly served as a leader of Bugema University students where she demonstrated her leadership skills. She also worked as a teaching assistant while pursuing her master’s degree at Bugema University where she is currently working. After graduating, she completed courses in research writing, her area of interest, and coached both undergraduates and graduate students in the same area. She is involved in youth groups which engage in dialogue on issues affecting young people and community outreach.These involve raising funds to help the most vulnerable people in the community.
