To me, health equity is the opportunity for every human being to achieve the adequate health care and best quality of life and none is underprivileged from attaining this health care because of social factors or other socially driven circumstances.

Ibrahim hails from Butare, Rwanda. He is an enthusiastic programmer and researcher who is passionate about technology’s potential to tackle health inequities. Prior to joining GHC, Ibrahim worked as a Software Developer for Accenture in Beijing, China. He also worked as an IT Technician for Aprohade and was a Computer Science teacher at Igihozo Saint Peter Secondary School. In his free time, Ibrahim enjoys traveling, participating in charity events, and watching football.
