Equity means justice. Health equity to me is the principle that motivates efforts to eliminate disparities in health between groups of people irrespective of who they are or where they come from.

Imran Nadaph hails from Pune, India. He completed his undergraduate studies at Pune University majoring in cost and works accounting. While at Pune University, Imran played cricket professionally, representing his university, district and country in regional and national tournaments. After completing his post-graduate diploma in banking and finance in 2009, Imran traveled to the United Kingdom where he volunteered with Global Xchange, a British Council Initiative. In this role, he helped launch a program that uses sports as a means to recruit individuals with no qualifications or employment training to work in office administration and community activities in London. Imran is certified in the Sciences and Technology of Coaching by AISTS Academy (Lausanne, Switzerland) and is an AIFF certified football (soccer) instructor in India. Before joining GHC, he worked with SE TransStadia Pvt. Ltd. as Manager of coaching operations. Imran was in charge of strategic planning to establish a financially stable football club in Gujarat, India while also managing the ground implementation and maintenance of the delivery of quality sports education programs in schools.
