Isha Padhye is a Research Associate at NORC at the University of Chicago in the Health Care Evaluations department. She recently graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC), majoring in Public Policy and Minoring in Spanish and Data Science. During her time at UNC, she served on the Mental Health Committee in various leadership positions. She is passionate about health equity, universal healthcare coverage, sexual and reproductive health, and maternal and child health.
