Under her guidance, she has assembled and equipped CHWs, achieving a remarkable 15% growth in community health service efficiency. The innovative monthly peer leader training initiative she launched has led to a 20% increase in peer group performance. Through her data-driven and tactical approach, she has developed work plans that significantly reduced response times to health needs by 30%, strengthening local government partnerships and elevating community engagement in health programs by 25%.
