Health equity implies people having access to good health services regardless of their class or group and how these classes are defined economically or socially.

Joseph hails from the Kitwe District in Zambia. He has extensive experience working, researching, and designing health programs. Prior to joining GHC, Joseph worked as a Project Coordinator for the Macha Research Trust, where he represented the organization and presented at the 2016 International AIDS Conference in Durban, South Africa, the 2017 National Institute of Health Conference on Global Brain Disorders in Washington D.C., and the 2018 National Health Research Conference in Lusaka, Zambia. Additionally, he has experience working as a Research Assistant for the University of Michigan, focusing on health implications and safety protocols of pesticides in the Mkushi District of Zambia, and as a Field Officer for IDinsights. In his free time, he enjoys watching soccer and going to the gym.
