Julius was raised in Kampala, Uganda. As an undergraduate he volunteered at the local nonprofit organization, Good Care Foundation, which works to empower vulnerable youth populations. At Good Care, he spearheaded capacity building programs in high schools and conducted seminars and conferences aimed at promoting awareness of the risks of teenage pregnancy and fighting HIV prevalence among youth. Julius completed his undergraduate studies at Makerere University with a degree in statistics and development planning. After graduation, Julius worked for the Economic Policy Research Center as a research assistant. Julius enjoys working and networking with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
