Kelivine is from Rwanda. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Kigali Independent University in Rwanda and a graduate degree in Academic English Studies from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. Kelvine worked with the Rwanda Biomedical Center and the World Health Organization vaccination program through the Rwanda Ministry of Health. She also worked as a consultant for the organization Girl Hub, in charge of research, mobilization, and evaluation. Kelvine speaks many languages, including French, Kiswahili, and Kinyarwanda. She enjoys are traveling and meeting new people.
