Kevin Gomez is from St. Louis, Missouri. He attended the University of Missouri - St. Louis where he majored in political science. Half of his degree was spent abroad where he volunteered for non-profit projects such as connecting African migrants to health and nutritional assistance in Malta, building homes for marginalized communities in Uruguay, and teaching English in Cambodia. Back home, he continuously works with immigrant and refugee groups to promote access to economic, legal, and health resources. His service derives from a common root, serving others with the tenets of social justice in mind.
