Title: Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
No matter where you are, there always seems to be some place where you can find a community to belong to, whether it is based on common interests, aspects of identity, or simply by virtue of location. Community gives you the ability to belong somewhere - where people will support you and accept you for who you are.

Krystal is originally from Orland Park, IL. She received a Master’s in Public Health in Environmental Health Sciences from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. While pursuing her MPH, Krystal organized a public health service trip to San Francisco, where she arranged for students to meet with various governmental and non-governmental organizations working in the health sector. Prior to joining GHC, Krystal worked at a contract research organization in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, where she helped to facilitate clinical trials for medical devices. She received her undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she received a Bachelor’s of Science in Molecular and Cell Biology. Prior to her graduate studies, Krystal worked in research and development for a large biotechnology company. In addition to her work, Krystal enjoys outdoor activities such as biking and skating, as well as cooking, traveling, and playing board games.
