Laeticia Pemba hails from Blantyre, Malawi. She is a passionate health economist with a keen interest in health policy. Laeticia holds a Master of Arts in health economics from the University of Malawi, Chancellor College. Prior to joining GHC, Laeticia worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation Manager for Maternity Worldwide, a project aimed at improving maternal and neonatal health, where she coordinated monitoring and evaluation activities, developed M&E plans, and trained staff on M&E tools. Previous to her work with Maternity Worldwide, Laeticia worked for Community Energy Malawi as an Energy Officer during which she facilitated advocacy meetings and developed proposals and training materials. In her free time, Laeticia enjoys sightseeing and designing and sewing clothing.
