Lambert Mugabo is from Rwanda. He went to the National University of Rwanda and received a bachelor’s degree of Applied Statistics. After completing his studies, Lambert started the Reach Up! program through ten month internship with Digital Opportunity Trust Rwanda. During the internship he held trainings in Information and Communication Technology, business, and life skills, and coached participants. In 2012, Lambert participated in the Turikumwe! Program, a human rights program for young leaders organized by Global Youth Connect in collaboration with INARA Legal Aid Services, to enable cross culture exchange between Rwandans, Americans and Canadians. In 2009, Lambert participated in a one week National Community Service Camp held in Gisagara district where he helped build a house for a homeless family, planted trees for environmental preservation, and held a workshop on HIV/AIDS.
