Lindsey Evans is a Flint, Michigan native. From 2007-2009, Lindsey served as a Community Health Development Worker for the Peace Corps in Burkina Faso, West Africa. In her role, she conducted community outreach and needs assessments, as well as collaborated with village health management committees on health education activities, community-based projects and grant and proposal writing. Lindsey has experience working on qualitative and quantitative public health research studies in both domestic and international settings. Prior to joining GHC, she was employed as a Health Promotion Specialist for the Fairfax County Health Department in Virginia. She received a Master of Public Health and a Master of Public Policy from the University of Michigan in 2012.
