Malambo Mutila hails from Chingola, Zambia. Prior to joining GHC, Malambo created an initiative called Clear Pass through which he developed and applied teaching methodologies for students at The Copperbelt University. Malambo worked as a Research Assistant for Lifetime Consulting on impact studies with a focus on combating gender bias in hiring in the construction industry. He was also a Digital Marketing Intern for Tandiza Zambia Finance Limited. In his free time, Malambo enjoys listening to and making hip-hop music, creative and technical writing, web development, and Python programming for data science.
