Michelle Davidson is from Lake Oswego, Oregon. She studied biology at Santa Clara University for her undergraduate education and recently completed a Master of Public Health at Johns Hopkins University. During her time at Hopkins, Michelle focused on epidemiology and assisted with a study on Baltimore's syringe exchange program. Michelle's experience with the syringe exchange program reinforced her interest in the impact of HIV on vulnerable populations. Before completing her Master of Public Health, Michelle worked for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention as a Public Health Associate in rural Illinois. Her role with the CDC focused on public health preparedness, the prevention of chronic diseases, and communicable disease surveillance.
