Minju Zukowski currently lives in Maryland. He recently finished a year of service with City Year Washington DC, where he served in a second grade classroom at Kimball Elementary. Minju completed his undergraduate studies at Towson University where he majored in Marketing. He cofounded a program titled 50/50, which was a basketball and life skills program for the children at the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Baltimore. Through 50/50, the organization was able to bring 15 children from the program to go on their first college tour at Towson University. It also distributed over 850 books to each of the Boys and Girls Clubs as a part of their book fair initiative to increase literacy and a love of reading for the children in the program. In his spare time, Minju enjoys reading and playing basketball and football.
