A healthy and educated community is the cornerstone to a society's development process. Any nation wanting to make meaningful progress must take into account the welfare of its communities and people, from the youngest to the oldest members of the population.

Moses is a native of Kisoro, Uganda. He is a co-founder and board member of ACE-Uganda, an NGO working towards creating resilient and empowered rural Ugandan communities. In 2010, Moses joined Sages Consult Inc. as a research and policy analyst, where he developed and implemented data quality assurance and analysis policies in addition to an organizational performance balance scorecard for the firm. In 2012, Moses moved to Somalia to work as a programs manager with Brothers Relief and Development Organization (BRADO), a Somali-based NGO. At BRADO, Moses amplified the organization’s portfolio of interventions and won seven competitive grants. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics and philosophy and a master’s degree in economic policy management, both from Makerere University. During his free time, Moses blogs and tweets on current global affairs.
