Nadia is from Oregon where she completed her undergraduate studies in biology at Lewis & Clark College. Since college, Nadia has volunteered with a mobile health clinic in Honduras, taught English in South Korea, and taught leadership classes to elementary school students in Portland, Oregon. While pursuing a Master of Public Health degree at Portland State University, she worked in the development department at the National Psoriasis Foundation and served as the executive director of MEJOR Communities, a nonprofit that focuses on youth empowerment in Peru. When she's not volunteering, Nadia devotes her free time to traveling, dining out, and hiking in the great outdoors.
