Neha Shah is from St. Louis, Missouri and holds a bachelor's degree in public health from the University of California, Berkeley. Before GHC, Neha worked as a fieldwork coordinator for the Universities of Oxford and Cape Town in South Africa. In this role, she supported data collection for a research project investigating antiretroviral adherence and sexual and reproductive health service utilization among HIV-positive adolescents. Prior to this, Neha worked in communications roles with USAID's Global Health Fellows Program II, the University of California, San Francisco's Department of Surgery, and Nkaikela Youth Group, an NGO in Gaborone, Botswana. Neha is also a passionate volunteer, and has led workshops in various schools and communities around the San Francisco Bay Area to promote sexual and reproductive health.
