Title: Human Resources for Health Analyst
"To me, health equity is the ability of all people to access the necessary care to allow them to live full lives, regardless of their ability to pay for it."

Nicole comes to GHC from The Bridgespan Group, a nonprofit strategy consulting organization in Boston. At Bridgespan, she produced research and analysis to assist nonprofit and foundation leaders with management and strategic challenges. Prior to Bridgespan, Nicole studied American immigration and foreign policy at Harvard University, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor's in History and Literature and a minor in Government. While a student, Nicole served as the president of Harvard STAGE, an after-school theater program in Boston and Cambridge public schools. She also worked as a tutor for the Harvard Writing Center and as a designer for The Harvard Crimson. An avid traveler, Nicole has been to over 35 countries, spent a semester studying abroad in Madrid, and a summer working for the U.S. Department of State in Georgetown, Guyana. She is looking forward to combining her interests in international relations and social issues with GHC. Nicole grew up in Paris and Washington, D.C., and speaks French and Spanish. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, cooking, and the outdoors.
