Noel lives in Bujumbura, Burundi. He completed his undergraduate studies in law at Lake Tanganyika University. Upon graduation, Noel founded Burundi Youth Vision Organization, a non-profit organization that empowers and educates youth in social and economic rights, including reproductive health care, and campaigns against tobacco and drugs. Through his work with the Burundi Youth Vision Organization, Noel has had the opportunity to work with the youth in his community and participate in various International Days sponsored by the World Health Organization, UNDP, United Nations Volunteers, and UNICEF. Noel is also the regional representative of the East African Young Leaders Training Program and Young African Leaders Initiative Network.
