Pamela was raised in Kampala, Uganda. She completed her undergraduate studies in medicine and surgery at Makerere University. Pamela received her master's degree in international public health from the University of Sydney, Australia. Before joining GHC, Pamela worked for the Supporting Public Sector Workplaces to Expand Action and Responses Against HIV/AIDS (SPEAR) Project under RTI and World Vision as a prevention of mother to child transmission of HIV consultant. Pamela enjoys traveling, community volunteer work, and making friends.
