Prize is from Mbarara District in Western Uganda. Prior to joining GHC, she worked as a director at Grace Villa Kabale, a sanctuary for vulnerable girls, where she oversaw community projects that provided for the health care, education and all-round well-being of vulnerable girls. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Stellenbosch with a Bachelor of Arts in international relations, and is currently enrolled in a modular MA in Organizational Leadership and Management to acquire professional management and leadership skills. Prize has also volunteered with LifeNet International in Uganda, where she assisted in a pilot study of the organization’s partnering health centers in Kampala and Masaka Districts. Prize enjoys traveling, nature, cooking, hospitality and reading her Bible.
