Richard Dzikunu hails from Accra, Ghana. He is a youth activist who has demonstrated a strong commitment to achieving results, providing innovative solutions, and maximizing opportunities. As a young leader with Women Deliver, Richard was involved in several policy reviews. He partnered with UN agencies, CSOs, and other stakeholders to provide comprehensive education on sexuality for young people in Ghana. In 2015, Restless Development deemed him one of the "20 Youth Power Global Leaders.” Richard was one of seven winners of the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Awards during the Global Festival of Action for Sustainable Development in Germany in 2018. In his free time, he enjoys reading and listening to music. He holds a Master of Arts from the Ghana Institute of Journalism.
