Saeeda Rizvi hails from Pakistan and for the last few years has been living between Chicago, USA and New York, USA for graduate school and work. She is an unapologetic feminist and an advocate for girls' and women’s access to maternal and sexual and reproductive health. Saeeda has worked extensively in Pakistan supporting research on human rights and education in rural communities while also facilitating access to gendered socioeconomic opportunities in urban centers. Prior to joining GHC, Saeeda worked as a Policy and Advocacy Intern at Women Deliver where she supported the advocacy team in contributing to the organization’s networks, working groups, and speaking events. Saeeda holds a Master of Arts in international relations from the University of Chicago. During her free time, Saeeda enjoys reading, writing, and thinking about food.
