Originally from Kampala, Uganda Sam Kazibwe is a tech enthusiast who hopes to use his skills to strengthen health information systems. Prior to joining GHC, Sam was a Health Informatics Data Clerk with John Snow Inc. under the USAID Rhites North Lango Project. During this time, he supported data management and strengthened monitoring and evaluation systems to extend services to people living with HIV. He also worked as a Health Management Information Systems Data Officer with Mildmay Uganda. Outside of work, Sam enjoys reading novels, playing the guitar, and watching football.
