Health equity means the access for all to health services and to basic needs of life such as, education and peace, regardless of gender, race, or tribe.
Shyaka Aziz Farid was born in Burundi and raised in Kigali, Rwanda. Most recently, Farid worked with Sharon Davis Design as an architectural intern. In this role, he was involved in all design phases, including, meeting with the community, training, and transforming their dreams into a reality. Farid attended the University of Rwanda where he studied architecture, and received a scholarship to spend a year at Syracuse University in New York as an exchange student. In his free time, Farid can be found running, playing basketball and participating in talks and workshops.
