I see health as the underlying condition for any form of human prosperity and strive to learn from and collaborate with like minded professionals in the campaign to make health care universally accessible.

Tal is from Haifa, Israel. During his time at Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Tal obtained his undergraduate degree in Sociology, Anthropology and Generative Linguistics, and his Master’s degree in International Community Development. While pursuing his graduate studies, Tal spent four months in Burundi as an economic development intern with the local NGO, Village Health Works. His work focused on the promotion of a network of women’s cooperatives in addition to other income generating activities and capacity building initiatives. After finishing school, Tal worked as a personal educational instructor for adults with autism and spent a year as an intern with MQG, an Israeli NGO focused on battling corruption. Tal is driven by his social interest in workers’ rights, and he is an active member of Power to the Workers, a democratic workers union that focuses on the most exploited and underprivileged sectors of Israeli society. He has a knack for languages and can speak French, Tamil and classical Tibetan.
