Verinda Sood has cultivated an interest in public health and service through roles with nonprofits and grassroot and campus organizations. Currently, Verinda serves as a Program Coordinator at The Rippel Foundation where she is supporting the implementation of the Vital Conditions Framework with stewards locally, regionally, and nationally. Previously, Verinda worked as a Legislative Director for the New Jersey State Assembly driving change for health equity through legislative policy. Earlier in her career, she served at Truth Initiative and the Make Well Known Foundation, and holds a bachelor’s from Rutgers University.
