The Uganda Program Coordinator is an action-oriented, adaptive global leader who is excited about accelerating the connection and professional growth of our community members. The Uganda Program Coordinator stewards GHC’s program and operations in Uganda, including the Africa Leadership Accelerator (ALA) and alumni programming. They work in collaboration with colleagues to oversee all Uganda operations and logistics, including events management, annual registration, fellow recruitment and selection implementation logistics, and finances. Additionally, the Program Coordinator manages a portfolio of Uganda alumni programming, supporting the efforts of Alumni community in Uganda to fortify their network, effect health systems change and grow as leaders. The Program Coordinator will report to the Rwanda & Uganda Country Director, and they will also receive substantial support from the Rwanda Operations Coordinator, who will help to manage Uganda country operations and finances.
