Feza Aline Iradukunda serves as a Monitoring & Evaluation Associate at Health Builders in Kigali, Rwanda, where he works closely with health facilities and local leaders to strengthen primary health care delivery. By engaging directly with communities, Feza ensures that data, programs, and decision-making reflect the realities, needs, and voices of the people served, contributing to improved access to quality health services.

Feza is particularly proud of his work at One Acre Fund as a Call Center Operator, where he supported thousands of smallholder farmers and conducted client protection surveys that reinforced trust and safety in the program. These experiences strengthened his skills in leadership, collaboration, and community-centered solutions.

At Health Builders, Feza has led the development of automated reporting systems that reduced reporting time by 95%, allowing teams to dedicate more focus to program delivery and impact. He also built visual dashboards that provide real-time insights across three teams, improving oversight, decision-making, and collaboration throughout the organization.

He believes that strengthening health systems and amplifying community voices are central to achieving social justice.
