Prior to joining GHC, Alida spent three years with World Vision, a Christian organization dedicated to sustain the well-being of children, especially the most vulnerable. She was the Administration and Logistics Manager, and later on the Executive Associate to the Country Director. She was recognized for being the best supportive staff of the year in 2014. Alida has also worked as a customer care agent in the telecommunications industry. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the School of Finance and Banking of the University of Rwanda and enjoys working with youth for greater causes and organizing events.

Fun Fact: Growing up, Alida’s dream job was to become a chef. Although she doesn’t have a Michelin Star, she has channeled that passion for food into gardening!
