As GHC’s COO, Regina oversees the people and operations functions of the organization and is a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

Prior to joining GHC, Regina was Senior Global Director of Operations at Medic Inc., an organization that designs, delivers, and supports world-class open-source software for health workers delivering equitable care in the world’s hardest-to-reach communities. She led Internal Operations functions which included People Operations, Administration, Finance, Internal Communications & Systems. Prior to that, she was the Africa Regional Director, where she oversaw Africa operations – growing work in new countries, developing partnerships, and leading regional activities aimed at designing, configuring, and delivery of digital health apps integrated into the partner community health programs. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa and attended Stellenbosch University for Masters in Development Finance.
