The Director of People and Culture is a strategic, mission-driven leader who oversees equitable, inclusive, and people-centric HR services for our team. In doing so, the Director of People and Culture helps empower, support, and retain leaders who maximize GHC’s impact. The primary responsibilities for this role include day-to-day People operation and overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits strategy, benefits and payroll HR administration, staff engagement, employee relations, legal compliance, HRIS administration, and People analytics. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of People and Culture will be a People Team of one.
