Esther is from Uganda. She studied human nutrition and dietetics at Kyambogo University. Esther founded the Kyambogo Nutrition Movement, which assesses the nutritional status of the community around the university and provides appropriate nutrition interventions. She has also worked with a think tank project that empowers youth with entrepreneurship skills. In her free time, Esther enjoys dancing and is the leader of her church’s dance group.
